My only advice is not to mix Greek decorative elements with Roman themes; so, I wouldn’t use the Greek meander, but the continuous vegetal scroll, e.g., on the entablature of the Maison Carrée at Nime or the one in Rome and Augustus Temple at Pola (Croatia).
P.eased with my purchase. Clever message and quality graphics caught my interest, but my main concern was how much it would shrink despite it being advertised as “pre-shrunk cotton.” Even after two washing/drying cycles shirt remains true to size with very little additional shrinkage and still a nice fit. Wearing with pride, although still waiting for someone to catch the joke.
Just about the funniest shirt I have ever seen. Plus it allows me to give impromptu history lessons to anyone who asks about it. Perfect for history buffs and runners both.
