Loved it. I did notice that Greece (and Rhodes) did not have a lot of neat T-shirts for tourists, apparently that is an American thing, so I was delighted to find it as I was just there in May.
I love this shirt depicting a beautiful Greek trireme! After Leonidas's heroic defense at Thermopylae, their betrayal and defeat, Xerxes and his hugh Persian forces made a path towards Athens. But the Spartans rear guard bought precious time enough for a thorough evacuation from Athens to the island of Salamis. Themosticles, admiral of the Athenian fleet of 368 vs 1327 Persian ships had an advantage over the Persians, it was their waters and they were eager for vengeance after they burned Athens. The Persians were not seaman, they were outmanuvered and mercilessly rammed and boarded the Persians ships while Xerxes sat watching helplessly his fleet being destroyed. The Persians retreated again back to Asia. It was a major victory for all of Greece!
